Chris Jones, LPC
Adolescent Specialist

Meet Chris Jones, LPC, the newest member of the LifeWorks team!

Though Chris has extensive experience working with people of all ages on a wide variety of issues, he specializes in the most powerful force of nature known to man--the adolescent!

Chris brings to the table years of experience working with teens with:

He also works well with the frazzled parents of teenagers, couples working out the kinks, and families adjusting to change.

Chris is co-founder of a ROPES / Challenge Course, a venue for experiential therapy which we believe is uniquely effective with teens and families. The challenge course is also perfect for staff development, team building and leadership training. Chris has worked with companies and organizations around the country. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Challenge Course Facilitator.

Though Chris is a small town boy, we believe he is Big City trainable. If you can’t find him in the office or on the ROPES course he is likely off running a marathon, cycling or keeping a seat warm at Texas Motor Speedway.

Chris charges $100 for a 50 minute session. To get more information on Chris or to inquire about an appointment, call (214) 357-4001, request information, or email cjones@lifeworkscounseling.net

Warren Says...

What Lifeworks is Listening to These Days

Trainwreck-Wrecked: "[This is] music that is written from the writer's experiences. You feel their souls in every lyric. These are songs we can all relate to, and some we just wish we could have experienced--music that even hard-core rockers can get into. Definitely not a Nashville sound--would make any Texan proud." --mp3.com

Calexico-Garden Ruin: "This is a more accessible album than previous efforts. Where the open blue skies of the landscapes they chronicled before were tempered by the smoky dark blues of their jazz influences, 'Garden Ruin' is musically brighter. Lyrically too, the album takes a left turn in which contemporary rather than mythical America is addressed. Put succinctly, 'Garden Ruin' is where Calexico fill those dusty, empty landscapes they documented with a big, big sound." --Mike McGonigal, amazon.com
