how to choose a therapist
When you contact a LifeWorks Group office, we’ll ask you some questions about yourself, what’s bringing you in to therapy, your schedule, 
your therapist preferences – and a bunch of other stuff. It’s our job to find the right fit for you. With our comprehensive and complementary specialties, flexible scheduling options, multiple training levels, and wide range of fees, we feel certain there is a LifeWorker who is right for you. Optimal client care is our primary concern. If we can’t help you, we’ll try to find someone who can.
our hours
We offer evening and Saturday appointments. However, each therapist sets his or her own hours. When you make your first appointment, let us know your scheduling parameters and we’ll let you know who can accommodate them.
what we charge
Our fees range from $50 to $150/ hour, depending on the clinician. Masters level interns (doing supervised clinical work to finish their graduate degrees in counseling) charge $50/ hour, LPC Interns and LMFT Associates (completing the required 3000 hours of supervised work to qualify for licensure in the state of Texas) charge $85/ hour. Fully licensed senior clinicians charge between $110 – $150/ hour. No matter which LifeWorker you see, you’re getting 20 heads for the price of one. Can’t beat it for the price!
when and how to pay
Fees are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks & credit cards.
our cancellation policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel a session. If you no-show or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. If you need to cancel within the 24 hour window but can reschedule that same week, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 1/2 the full rate. Emergencies are obvious exceptions and will be handled at the therapist’s discretion.

where you can find us
In Dallas, we are at 2515 Cedar Springs Road, near the Crescent Hotel. Really, it’s easier to find than you think and super easy to get to from either Central or the Tollway.
In Ft. Worth, we’re at 1208 W. Magnolia, which is in the historic South Side district. See “get in touch” for directions and maps.
