Creativity
Each LifeWorks Group therapist was recruited, in part, for his or her ability to think creatively. Many of us are also musicians or artists – which is why we have lots of terrific ideas but sometimes run out of paper clips or receipts (thanks to our
office manager, we are making rapid progress in this area!) We take a fresh, sometimes offbeat approach to every case. We not only think outside the box, we’ll shred it, make confetti, and throw a parade for a client who has a breakthrough.
Collaboration
The LifeWorks Group’s stated mission is to offer a collaborative team approach to every case. We shut the place down for three hours every Monday afternoon to spend time together as a staff and to collaborate on cases. It’s an expensive way to practice, but we think it’s worth the lost hourly revenue to offer you the best collaborative care possible. You get 20 heads for the price of one!
Client-Centered Care
A lifetime of sitting in doctors’ waiting rooms motivated our founder to insist on creating the most comfortable, welcoming environment possible for our clients. Our furniture is nice. Our decor is groovy. The music is good. And the magazines are new. You won’t find any sliding frosted glass window at a LifeWorks Group office. No one will ever say, “Your therapist will see you now” (as though we’re doing YOU a favor). And we’ll try not to keep you waiting more than a few minutes if we can possibly help it. We work for you, not the other way around.
Please call or email LifeWorks for more information.
