Ahh the comfort of home (or road)….
Let’s face it: if we could talk to a therapist in the comfort of our own home (yes, even in our pajamas) we would probably be more willing to start and continue in counseling.
The modern day cell phone and internet makes this possible with tools such as Skype, Google chat, Face Time and a whole host of other free video programs. Internet counseling might be what you are looking for if:
-
You travel a lot.
-
You work from home or stay at home with kids.
-
Your schedule is so packed that you have to make every second count.
-
You live in another state or country.
-
You don’t feel comfortable talking to a therapist in person.
-
You have a disability that makes it hard to get out of the house.
-
You are sick and can’t make your therapy session in person.
Our counselors are available for telephone or video-based individual, couple and group counseling.
