I had a comfort level with LifeWorks because I wanted a counselor who would understand my goals from my perspective. When I met with Melanie, any apprehension I felt about going to a counselor disappeared. She was very reassuring, & helped me not to feel that my difficulties were not unlike those that other people have, & that there was a workable approach to them. I’m trying to find more problems so I can keep going back!
Not So Wacky After All
I can’t really sum up in ‘a sentence or two’ what Lifeworks has meant to me. My counselor was very understanding, patient, and most of all, she was insightful. I don’t know how I would have coped with my situation were it not for the guidance I received at Lifeworks. They showed me how to grow through something I thought could only destroy me.
