Serving individuals, couples, and families at Lifeologie Counseling Frisco, Raven Hamilton specializes in relational challenges, self-esteem, emotional wounds, and culturally responsive care for racially marginalized communities. She works with clients navigating anxiety, stress, communication issues, and identity-related concerns—helping them build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Her integrative, client-centered approach creates space for healing, empowerment, and meaningful growth through every stage of life.

Raven believes the relationship we have with ourselves and others shapes every part of our lives. Whether you're moving through a personal challenge, facing relational stress, or carrying the weight of emotional wounds, she walks alongside you with compassion and hope. Drawing from her own experiences growing up in a family that inspired her desire for emotional wellness and connection, she creates a safe, affirming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued

Style and Approach

Warm, genuine, and collaborative, Raven blends Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy (STST) with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and, for couples, Gottman Method techniques. She takes a holistic, relational, and systemic view of healing—helping clients build self-awareness, improve communication, process life experiences, and create lasting, positive change. In couples counseling, she emphasizes emotional repair, conflict resolution, and deepening intimacy through shared values and intentional connection.
