Lifeologie Wellness is exceptional. The space is inviting, calming and the decor is done so tastefully. Everyone there is so caring and helpful from the therapists, psychiatrist, and the yoga instructors. They have a yoga studio which is very unique with classes that focus on ways to release stress and stored trauma in the body. It’s different in a great way. Just knowing I have options to help me get through tough times is amazing. I highly recommend them!
